Het Ice House Hotel & Spa Mayo heette oorspronkelijk „The Iceland Cottage” of „Iceland House” en was strategisch gelegen aan de monding van de Moy, die later de belangrijkste zeehaven van Ierland werd. Het Ice House hotel Mayo is van duidelijke architectonische en historische waarde en dient als een momentopname van de technische innovaties waarover handelaren en handelaren beschikten vóór de uitvinding van mechanische koeling. Al onze 25 slaapkamers en 7 suites in The Ice House Hotel Ballina Ireland zijn uniek, elk met een eigen naam en thema, waardoor we een van de meest gewilde hotels in Mayo zijn. Onze kamers in dit Ballina Hotel zijn speciaal ontworpen met verschillende smaken in het achterhoofd als eerbetoon aan de oorspronkelijke behandeling en het doel van het gebouw.
