Het modernistische hotel in Thessaloniki combineert ouderwetse elegantie met ongedwongen luxe, gevestigd in een opvallend monumentaal gebouw uit de jaren 1920 en gerestaureerd in een minimalistische maar sensuele stijl die zich beweegt tussen art deco, details uit het midden van de eeuw en Deens design. Ze vliegen licht en vaak alleen, verwachten naadloos comfort, een beetje lokale sfeer en een zeer professionele maar volledig pretentieloze service, en vinden bij The Modernist niets minder dan alles wat ze nodig hebben. Bij een verblijf in het modernistische Thessaloniki draait alles om een gevoel van plaats en gemoedstoestand, opgeroepen door warme welkomstgebaren en service die moeiteloos en oprecht aanvoelt, dagelijkse ritmes die snel en discreet zijn, suggesties die uw verblijf personaliseren, 24 uur per dag receptie, lokale knowhow die tot uiting komt in op maat gemaakt handwerk en hedendaagse ontwerpen die weerklinkt in de kleine voorwerpen van onze conceptstore, en onverwachte maar uiterst belangrijke details zoals gestempelde ansichtkaarten, een selectie boeken en de internationale tijdschriften vers van de pers. Bij de Modernist werd, hoe natuurlijk en eenvoudig de dingen ook mogen lijken, niets aan het toeval overgelaten. Sociale ruimtes zijn visueel naadloze uitbreidingen van de ultieme stilte en privacy van uw kamer. Met uitzondering van geselecteerde kenmerkende stukken in de lobby, zijn het meubilair, de verlichting en de uniformen ons eigen ontwerp, op maat gemaakt voor de perfecte pasvorm en functionaliteit.
