Ons hotel bevindt zich op 55 Leven Road, Leven. Het hotel ligt aan de prachtige kustlijn van de East Neuk met op de achtergrond Largo Law en de glooiende groene heuvels van Fife. Het hotel heeft 23 slaapkamers, allemaal met een eigen badkamer en biedt de gasten de keuze uit verschillende kamerstijlen, van standaard kamers met twee- en tweepersoonskamers met uitzicht op zee, familiekamers en voor speciale romantische gelegenheden een slaapkamer met hemelbed.
