Het Stromness Hotel ligt op slechts 7,2 km van de historische bezienswaardigheden Ring of Brodgar en Standing Stones en is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uw bezoek aan Orkney. De smalle, kronkelende straatjes door Stromness hebben een unieke traditionele en historische uitstraling, en het eigentijds ingerichte Pier Arts Centre biedt een werkelijk geïnspireerde harmonie tussen het traditionele en het moderne. Het Pier Arts Centre (met „een opmerkelijke collectie Britse kunst uit de 20e eeuw”) ligt op korte loopafstand van het hotel. Ons historische hotel met 42 kamers is opgericht in 1901 en ligt in het hart van de unieke vissershaven, met uitzicht op de werkende haven en Scapa Flow. Het hotel kan ook bruiloften, feesten en evenementen verzorgen voor maximaal 120 gasten of voor elk speciaal evenement dat u nodig heeft.
