Het Waverley Hotel is gelegen in het hart van Callander, dat zelf onder de opwindende achtergrond van Ben Ledi ligt. Het Waverley Hotel is ideaal gelegen aan de hoofdstraat en biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot lokale voorzieningen en activiteiten. De accommodatie van The Waverley bestaat uit 10 moderne, volledig ingerichte kamers met eigen badkamer: 5 tweepersoonskamers, 2 familiekamers, 2 eenpersoonskamers (kleine tweepersoonskamers) en 1 suite. Tot de andere faciliteiten van het hotel behoren een lounge met alle belangrijke sportevenementen, met een eigen videospeler, zwembad en darts; dezelfde kamer biedt ook plaats aan ongeveer 60 personen in theaterstijl, of een diner voor 50 personen, en is ook geschikt voor vergaderingen en als trainingsfaciliteit; een afgelegen biertuin (zonneval) en waterpartijen bevindt zich ook aan de achterzijde van het gebouw.
