Rondom het romantische hof bevinden zich de verschillende gebouwen van het hotelensemble, dat aan de ene kant wordt begrensd door de oude stadsmuur en dat aan de andere kant naar de stadspromenade leidt. Onder het hotel bevindt zich het historische 400 jaar oude gewelf met de oude houten vaten van de wijnmakerij van de familie.
