Frieslandhotel WeidumerHout is gevestigd in een karakteristieke Friese 'head-neck-body'-boerderij uit 1867. Hoewel nu voorzien van alle moderne gemakken, is de agrarische geschiedenis van dit bijzondere gebouw waar mogelijk bewaard gebleven. Er is gekozen voor een eenvoudig en functioneel ontwerp met een zeer individuele en warme stijl.
