Een prachtige en rustige omgeving in een landelijke omgeving 2,5 km ten zuiden van het kosmopolitische Kallithea en 1,5 km voor het traditionele dorp KRYOPIGI, op Kassandra, het meest legendarische schiereiland van Halkidiki. De afstand vanaf de luchthaven van Thessaloniki is ongeveer 1 ½ uur rijden. Net boven een prachtige baai, met een glad zandstrand dat langzaam afdaalt naar de waterkant. De lengte van het strand is op zijn best ongeveer 2 km natuurlijk zand en het water is turkooisblauw. Op de dennenheuvel 80 meter boven de kust ligt het Alexander the Great Beach hotel dat al 30 jaar eigendom is van en beheerd wordt door de hotelfamilie P.A.P Corp. Totaal aantal kamers: 216, bedden: 432 (8 suites, 4 junior suites, 8 studio-appartementen en 196 kamers in het hoofdgebouw en bungalows). Voor korte incentives, een weekend, vier dagen of een wekelijkse bedrijfsagenda, is de CAVIROS-vergaderruimte volledig uitgerust met alle bijgewerkte technologische verzoeken die beschikbaar zijn voor speurtochten.
