Castello Di Santa Maria ligt in Civitella d'Agliano, Italië. Onze catering varieert van romantische diners bij kaarslicht voor twee tot elk soort evenement voor maximaal 200 gasten in de rustige sfeer van onze kamers, die zijn ingericht met elegantie, luxe en goede smaak. We zijn trots op de kwaliteit van het eten dat wordt geserveerd in het „Castello Santa Maria”. We creëren en handhaven deze standaard van eten door elk gerecht te bereiden en waar mogelijk lokale producten te gebruiken. Een verfijnde locatie en een menu rijk aan lokale en internationale gerechten maken van het „Castello Santa Maria” de ideale oplossing voor uw galalanceeringen/diners of elk ander officieel evenement. Zelfs een zakelijke bijeenkomst kan een plezier zijn, als u zich kunt voorstellen dat de locatie een oud 16e-eeuws kasteel is. Het Castello zit vol geschiedenis en intriges, waar schoonheid en functionaliteit hand in hand gaan.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
