Beperkingen voor faciliteiten
Volgens de brandvoorschriften moet u, als uw evenement meer dan 100 gasten telt, een optie met meerdere locaties huren. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de juiste hoeveelheid facilitaire ruimte beschikbaar is voor u en uw gasten gedurende uw hele evenement.
Annuleringsbeleid
We vragen een aanbetaling van 50% op het moment van boeking. De aanbetaling van 50% is 100% restitueerbaar tot 60% voorafgaand aan uw evenement met schriftelijke kennisgeving. Bij evenementen die na de periode van 60 dagen vóór de geplande datum worden geannuleerd, kan de aanbetaling worden gebruikt als krediet om uw evenement te verplaatsen naar een latere datum binnen een (1) jaar na de oorspronkelijke datum van het evenement, of wordt de aanbetaling verbeurd. Bij evenementen die 30 dagen of minder voor de geplande datum zijn geannuleerd, vervallen alle huuraanbetalingen of kosten die tot nu toe zijn betaald.
