Voor alle reserveringen van de locatie is een borgsom voor schade/schoonmaak vereist. Elke vergaderruimte is ongeveer 800 m² groot Het auditorium is ongeveer 3300 m² groot plus een aangrenzende voorbereidingskeuken, podiumruimte en opslag. Het centrum ligt op 5 hectare grond, inclusief een speeltuin, een picknicktafel en, in de winter, een ijsbaan.
