Annuleringsbeleid

Aanbetalingen die in het kader van deze overeenkomst zijn betaald, worden niet terugbetaald in geval van annulering. Bij het annuleren van specifieke gebouwen of delen van ruimtes wordt elke prijsverlaging beslist door Kistameassan. Annulering moet schriftelijk worden gedaan. In geval van volledige annulering betaalt de klant als volgt: Tien (10)% van de totale waarde van deze overeenkomst indien deze eerder dan twaalf (12) maanden vóór de uitvoering wordt geannuleerd. Vijftig (50)% van de totale waarde van deze overeenkomst bij annulering zes tot twaalf (6-12) maanden vóór de uitvoering. Honderd (100)% van de totale waarde van deze overeenkomst wordt later dan zes (6) maanden vóór de uitvoering geannuleerd.
