De campus van Loughborough is een van de grootste en meest uitgebreide afzonderlijke conferentiesites in het VK. Het terrein van 410 hectare beschikt over meer dan 90 eersteklas vergaderzalen en biedt plaats aan maximaal 2000 deelnemers. De campus biedt de perfecte achtergrond voor allerlei soorten evenementen voor maximaal 2000 deelnemers. De faciliteiten variëren van goed uitgeruste collegezalen, hoogwaardige conferentieruimtes, veelzijdige tentoonstellingsruimten en banketfaciliteiten voor maximaal 600 gasten. Er zijn 400 kwaliteitskamers beschikbaar met Pasen en 2.500 kamers beschikbaar tijdens de zomerperiode. Daarnaast zijn er twee eersteklas hotels in de buurt met een beperkt aantal slaapkamers met eigen badkamer beschikbaar. De universiteit staat ook bekend als de sporthoofdstad van het VK en biedt sport- en recreatiefaciliteiten van wereldklasse voor deleten. In 2012 was Loughborough University het officiële voorbereidingskamp voor Team GB. Loughborough University staat bekend om zijn sportlocaties van wereldklasse en biedt een scala aan eersteklas faciliteiten, waaronder een Olympisch zwembad, een overdekt tennis-, badminton- en korfbalcentrum, een sporthal, voetbalvelden en een atletiekstadion.
