Evenementsverzekering kan vereist zijn.

Beperkingen voor faciliteiten

Geen vloeistoffen van buitenaf. De faciliteit heeft een volledige ABC-vergunning en een restaurantkeuken. Externe gelicentieerde en verzekerde cateraars zijn toegestaan met voorafgaande toestemming. Voor cateraars van buitenaf die toegang tot de keuken nodig hebben, wordt een toeslag in rekening gebracht.

Annuleringsbeleid

We begrijpen dat plannen kunnen veranderen en we streven ernaar zo flexibel mogelijk te zijn. Bekijk ons annuleringsbeleid om te zorgen voor een soepel proces voor het wijzigen of annuleren van je evenement: Annuleringen 30 dagen voor de datum van het evenement: Volledige terugbetaling van de aanbetaling en eventuele betaalde kosten. Annuleringen 14-29 dagen voor de datum van het evenement: 50% restitutie van de aanbetaling en betaalde kosten, of u kunt ervoor kiezen om het evenement naar een toekomstige datum te verplaatsen (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid) zonder extra kosten. Annuleringen minder dan 14 dagen voor de datum van het evenement: Geen restitutie van de aanbetaling of betaalde kosten. Een nieuwe afspraak is mogelijk, maar er worden 25% omboekingskosten in rekening gebracht. Annuleringen op dezelfde dag/no-shows: Geen opties voor terugbetaling of herschikking. De volledige betaling is vereist voor het geplande evenement. Annuleringen in verband met het weer: In het geval van noodweer dat directe gevolgen heeft voor het evenement, bieden we de mogelijkheid om een nieuwe afspraak te maken zonder extra kosten, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid. Herschikkingsbeleid: Voor evenementen die ten minste 14 dagen van tevoren worden verplaatst, worden geen extra kosten in rekening gebracht. Voor evenementen die minder dan 14 dagen voor het evenement worden verplaatst, worden omboekingskosten van 10% in rekening gebracht. Alle annulerings- en herplanningsaanvragen moeten schriftelijk worden ingediend via e-mail of telefoon. Door te boeken bij NES Cornhole Lounge gaat u akkoord met de voorwaarden van dit annuleringsbeleid. We waarderen uw bedrijf en zullen met u samenwerken om van uw evenement een succes te maken!
