Evenementsverzekering

Evenementsverzekering kan vereist zijn.

Annuleringsbeleid

In het geval van een annulering van het evenement door de klant, wordt de borg NIET TERUGBETAALD. Als het evenement meer dan 90 dagen voor het evenement wordt geannuleerd en TGS een vergelijkbaar evenement op hetzelfde evenement opnieuw kan boeken Op welke datum kan TGS, naar eigen goeddunken, de borgsom terugbetalen, verminderd met een administratieve vergoeding van twintig procent (20%). Als de Het evenement wordt binnen 90 dagen of minder geannuleerd, van tevoren vóór het evenement, alle aanbetalingen worden NIET TERUGBETAALD. Alles annuleringen moeten schriftelijk worden gedaan en aan de evenementendirecteur van TGS worden overhandigd. Als TGS niet in staat is haar contract na te komen verplichting uit hoofde van deze Overeenkomst, om welke reden dan ook, met uitzondering van de niet-betaling of andere wanbetaling van de Klant, alle stortingen ontvangen door TGS zal worden teruggegeven aan de Klant zonder verdere boetes of verplichtingen die TGS aan de Klant verschuldigd is.
