Deze iconische locatie heeft een fascinerende geschiedenis. Het werd oorspronkelijk geopend als 'The New Floral Hall', een echt paviljoen aan zee, in 1909, ter vervanging van de vorige Edwardian Bandstand, en werd al snel bekend als het Spa Pavilion.
