Yotei en de omliggende bergketens en fairways worden gescheiden door witte berken- en lariksbomen die met de seizoenen veranderen. De baan is geschikt voor golfers van alle niveaus en biedt een relatief vlakke indeling, fairways met zebra-uitsnijdingen en alle gemakken van het Hilton Niseko Village.
Golfers zijn verplicht om karren te gebruiken die door de fairways kunnen worden gereden op deze 18-holes baan met 18 holes, par 73, 6845 yards die zelf kunnen worden gespeeld.
