Hotel Andreas wordt beheerd door een familie en ligt in het dorp Skala op het eiland Agistri. Het met pijnbomen bedekte Saronische Griekse eiland op slechts een uur rijden van Athene. Het hotel kijkt uit op het dorp en de zandstranden van Skala liggen op slechts 250 meter afstand. Het bestaat uit 22 tweepersoonskamers, 6 studio's en 4 familieappartementen.
