„August is gevestigd in 't Groen Kwartier in Antwerpen, vlakbij het oude stadscentrum en het treinstation van Berchem. Het gloednieuwe boetiekhotel beschikt over 44 kamers en suites, 4 vergaderzalen, een restaurant dat is samengesteld en ontworpen door Michelin-sterrenchef Nick Bril, een winkel en een wellness met een buitenzwemvijver. Heel augustus bestaat uit 5 verschillende gebouwen, naadloos samengebracht onder leiding van de legendarische Belgische architect Vincent Van Duysen. Augustus is een plek om je kalm, comfortabel en thuis te voelen. 't Groen Kwartier (het Groene Kwartier) is een voetgangersgebied in het voormalige militaire hospitaalcomplex. Het ligt pal naast PAKT, een interessant herbestemd industrieterrein met een smeltkroes van creatieve bedrijven in gerenoveerde magazijnen, met een ambitieus stadslandbouwproject op het dak. Ook vlakbij liggen de wijk Zurenborg - met zijn prachtige herenhuizen in art nouveau- en fin de siècle-stijl -, brouwerij De Koninck - een familiebedrijf dat al sinds 1833 het lokale bier „bolleke” brouwt - en de grote ringweg.
