Het Centraal Station van Antwerpen, ook bekend als Middenstatie (Middenstation) of Spoorwegkathedraal, werd voor het eerst gebruikt in 1905. De structuur bestaat uit een stalen perronbekleding en een stenen stationsgebouw in eclectische stijl. Onlangs werd het station volledig gerenoveerd en in 2007 werd een tunnel onder het station en een deel van Antwerpen geopend, waardoor de status van het station als eindpunt waar alle treinen terug moeten keren, werd teruggedraaid. In 2009 verkoos het Amerikaanse tijdschrift Newsweek het Centraal Station van Antwerpen tot het vierde mooiste treinstation ter wereld.
