0-9 kamers: 24 uur (16.00 uur lokale tijd) voor aankomst Speciaal groepsbeleid beschikbaar vanaf 10 kamers Het hotel ontvangt de volledige kamerlijst ten minste 7 dagen voor aankomst. We kunnen een flexibiliteit van 10% toestaan op het aantal geboekte kamers. Deze kamers kunnen tot 7 dagen voor aankomst kosteloos worden geannuleerd en gewijzigd. Als er een verschil is van meer dan 10% op het aantal geboekte kamers, zijn de annuleringsvoorwaarden zoals hieronder vermeld van toepassing: • Kosteloos annuleren is mogelijk tot 6 weken voor aankomst. • Tussen 6 weken en 14 dagen voor aankomst: 75% van het totale bedrag geannuleerd. • Minder dan 14 dagen voor aankomst: 100% van het totale bedrag geannuleerd.
