Het viersterrenhotel NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez ligt in het oude gedeelte van het stadscentrum, tegenover de zuidkant van het Koninklijk Paleis, en is gevestigd in een karakteristiek gebouw uit de 18e en 19e eeuw dat bestemd was als presidentieel paleis van de favoriet van koning Carlos IV, Sir Manuel Godoy. Alle vergaderzalen hebben natuurlijk licht, een prachtige inrichting, laadtoegang op straat, de onlangs gerestaureerde balzaal is geschikt voor evenementen voor maximaal 350 personen, de balzaal heeft een directe uitgang naar een privéterras en een eigen ingang naar de vergaderruimte. Het heeft ook 86 goed ingerichte kamers.
