Met een mix van formele en informele multifunctionele ruimtes die de traditionele vergaderruimte overstijgen op een onovertroffen locatie. Splendor is praktisch The Louis V. Gerstner Jr. Center for Learning, tweede naam, en het onlangs debuteerde Forum, legt de lat hoger. „Het is een showstopper”, zegt algemeen directeur TJ Fimmano enthousiast over het hoogwaardige ontwerp en de technologie van het Forum, dat zich over het hele conferentiecentrum uitstrekt. Het nieuwe ontwerp biedt deelnemers aan de vergadering de mogelijkheid om samen te werken en een diepere band te creëren met een mix van zitplaatsen in een pod, minivergaderplekken en een traditionele open, warme en stijlvolle ruimte die bezoekers verwelkomt voor een sociale en leerzame ervaring. Gezamenlijk biedt de GCL 16.800 vierkante meter aan speciale IACC-gecertificeerde vergaderruimte en meer dan 20.000 vierkante meter aan recreatieruimte met een fitnesscentrum, een overdekt basketbalveld, vier buitentennisbanen en 182 comfortabel ingerichte deluxe queensize kamers, die een oase van ontspanning en productiviteit bieden met mooie uitzichten. De Louis V. Gerstner, Jr. Center for Learning biedt veertien (14) vergaderruimten en tweeëntwintig (22) breakout rooms, met kamerhoge ramen. Elke vergaderruimte biedt ultramoderne apparatuur met toegewijd professioneel technisch ondersteunend personeel, teleconferenties en webconferencing-mogelijkheden. We bieden volledige geluidssystemen voor het afspelen van video en audio en al onze vergaderruimten zijn uitgerust met webconferentieplatforms voor systemen, waaronder Webex, Zoom, BlueJeans en Microsoft Teams. AV-apparatuur omvat 4K HDMI LED-flatpanel-projectieschermen, draadloze afstandsbediening voor paginavooruitgang, draadloze handmicrofoons en standaard whiteboards voor aan de muur die draagbaar zijn. Alle vergaderruimtetechnologie is binnen handbereik, gecentraliseerd op één paneel of kan individueel worden bediend met ons Crestron-besturingssysteem. Alle Mac-gebruikers hebben een draadloze verbinding via airplay met Apple TV. Al onze breakout-rooms bieden plug-and-play HDMI-connectiviteit en mogelijkheden voor webconferenties, en iedereen krijgt gratis beveiligde snelle wifi.

Het IBM Learning Center is nu omgedoopt tot Louis V. Gerstner, Jr. Het is Center for Learning verboden om sociale zaken te accepteren, zoals bruiloften, dopen of bar mitswa onder onze operationele vergunning met het gehucht Armonk en de stad North Castle. De GCL is op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond gesloten voor zakenreizigers die overnachten en er zijn geen huisdieren toegestaan, behalve hulphonden.

Annuleringsbeleid

Behalve in geval van annulering door overmacht zoals beschreven in de overeenkomst: indien de groep 0 tot 90 dagen voor aankomst annuleert, is een forfaitaire schadevergoeding verschuldigd ten bedrage van negentig procent van de „verwachte pakketinkomsten”, plus toepasselijke belastingen.
