Hotel Dei Priori is gevestigd in een historisch gebouw dat dateert uit de 16e eeuw. Het hotel ligt zeer dicht bij de belangrijkste en beroemdste monumenten van de stad, de gasten kunnen ze heel gemakkelijk te voet bereiken: „S.Chiara” ligt op slechts 50 meter, het geboortehuis van St. Francis en het centrale plein „Piazza de Comune”, met de „" Santa Maria sopra Minerva "”, bevinden zich op slechts een paar meter van het hotel.” Het hotel heeft 34 kamers die allemaal zijn uitgerust met privédiensten. Het restaurant „The Arches” biedt plaats aan meer dan 100 personen en het restaurant „Locanda dei Priori” biedt plaats aan maximaal 28 personen. Voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten, seminars en conferenties heeft het hotel twee conferentieruimtes beschikbaar. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om lunches en diners en bruiloften in het hotel te organiseren.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
