Annuleringsbeleid

Groepsbeleid voor individuele kamerannuleringen: Om de kosten van de eerste overnachting te vermijden, dient u uiterlijk 48 uur voor aankomst rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met reserveringen op 1-800-365-3065 of 585-248-4810. Als het evenement wordt gehouden, maar het hotel de verwachte bruto-inkomsten van uw evenement niet realiseert, gaat het bedrijf XYZ ermee akkoord een schadevergoeding te betalen voor de prestaties van het hotel om 80% van de verwachte bruto-inkomsten te ontvangen. Het bedrijf XYZ gaat ermee akkoord en begrijpt dat in geval van een annulering of gebrek aan volledige uitvoering door het bedrijf XYZ de annuleringsschadevergoeding wordt berekend als een percentage, op basis van de hieronder vermelde annuleringsdatum, van de verwachte bruto-inkomsten.
