While we’re not opposed to either—hello, Texas BBQ!—we also love getting to experience a new city and new people in a fun, fresh way. We’re not hardcore, on a high horse about health, or too woo-woo about wellness. By offering a variety of fitness classes, mindfulness activities, and unique local experiences, our mission is to empower the community to practice self-care and commit to healthy habit formation.
