In geval van annulering moet The Contemporary Austin schriftelijk op de hoogte worden gesteld. Als de Facility Rental Manager uw contractdatum kan omboeken, dan zal de Contemporary Austin uw borg terugbetalen. Als we de datum niet kunnen omboeken, is uw aanbetaling verbeurd. Als het evenement binnen 30 dagen na het geplande evenement wordt geannuleerd, verbeurt u uw aanbetaling plus 50% van de huurprijs.
