Gelegen op 44 hectare, verscholen aan de oevers van Lake Austin, is de Campus on Lake Austin een vooraanstaande evenementenlocatie die zorgt voor afzondering, focus en ontspanning. Onze diverse vergaderruimtes, comfortabele slaapkamers en de mogelijkheid om te dineren, kunnen uw gasten afwisseling, privacy en rust bieden. Campus on Lake Austin ondersteunt de missie van The Holdsworth Center: -Om in de loop van de tijd invloed te hebben op de kwaliteit van het openbaar onderwijs in het K-12 voor alle studenten in Texas door leiders te ondersteunen en te ontwikkelen. -We werken gedurende vijf jaar samen met openbare schooldistricten om hen te helpen groeien en toekomstige vooraanstaande leiders op alle onderwijsniveaus te inspireren. -De opbrengst van uw bijeenkomst/evenement ondersteunt deze missie rechtstreeks. Als vereiste om uw evenement op de Campus on Lake Austin te houden, moet u ermee instemmen om op een bepaald moment tijdens uw programma een video van één minuut over het Holdsworth Center te tonen. Als we overgaan op een contract, kunt u de timing met uw planner bespreken, zodat uw gasten de missie van het Holdsworth Center begrijpen: leiders creëren in het openbaar onderwijs in Texas. Houd er rekening mee dat als gevolg van wijkafspraken over data met meer dan 120 gasten in de accommodatie, alle deelnemers aan het evenement zonder reservering voor een overnachting op afstand moeten parkeren en door jou naar de campus worden gebracht vanaf de parkeerplaats op een externe locatie. Deze vereiste is van toepassing op iedereen die gebruik maakt van rideshare (Uber, Taxi, Lyft, Limousine of ander gecharterd vervoer) of met zijn eigen auto naar het evenement rijdt en niet overnacht op de campus. Rideshares moeten ook worden ingeleverd en opgehaald op de externe parkeerlocatie.
