Het hotel bestaat uit vijf suites, suites 1-3 zijn verdeeld over twee verdiepingen, een woonkamer en keuken op de eerste verdieping, slaapplaatsen op de tweede verdieping; vijf slaapkamers per suite. Suites 4-5 zijn gelijkvloers, slaapkamers, woonkamer en keuken op één verdieping; elk vier slaapkamers. Alle slaapkamers zijn ofwel 2 queensize bedden of 1 kingsize bed. De woonkamers van suites 1-3 hebben verplaatsbare garagedeuren als muren waardoor de ruimtes kunnen worden gecombineerd tot één grote evenementenruimte voor maximaal 300 staanplaatsen (4.840 m²). Elk van de suites heeft ook een garagedeur die uitkijkt op de binnenplaats/het zwembad, waardoor een inrichtbare binnen- en buitenruimte ontstaat. Het dakterras heeft een eigen ingang, 4 badkamers, een overdekte lobby met airconditioning en biedt plaats aan maximaal 180 staanplaatsen (2400 m²). De hele ruimte biedt plaats aan maximaal 520 personen.
