Banning House Lodge werd in 1910 gebouwd als zomerhuis voor de baanbrekende gebroeders Banning, die eigenaar waren van Santa Catalina Island. De lodge is nu een charmante bed & breakfast in Craftsman-stijl en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de landengte van Catalina en de haven van Catalina vanaf de romantische heuvel boven Two Harbors. Elk van de twaalf kamers is individueel ingericht met een eigen badkamer. Gasten kunnen genieten van een koel drankje en het Californische vasteland aan de horizon bekijken op de schilderachtige binnenplaats met traliewerk. De Common Lodge en Sun Room bieden gezellige plekken om een boek te lezen, te genieten van een knisperend haardvuur of een gesprek te voeren.
