The Chestnuts Hotel wordt beheerd door een familie en is ideaal gelegen op slechts 2 minuten van de prachtige kust van Ayr. We bevinden ons ook op slechts 1,5 km van het nieuwe Robert Burns-museum in het hart van Burns Country in Ayrshire, op minder dan anderhalve kilometer van het stadscentrum van Ayr en dichtbij zijn twee van de vele openbare golfbanen in de omgeving. We bieden 14 comfortabele kamers met eigen badkamer in Chestnuts Hotel en hebben een uitstekende reputatie als het gaat om barmaaltijden, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van verse producten uit Ayrshire, die op bestelling worden klaargemaakt. In de loungebar, het restaurant of de biertuin worden 7 dagen per week uitgebreide lunch- en dinermenu's geserveerd en met vriendelijke service en een ontspannen, gastvrije sfeer kunnen we uw verblijf bij ons, hoe kort of lang ook, onvergetelijk maken. Het strand ligt op korte loopafstand en het stadscentrum van Ayr, Belleisle Park, Burns Cottage en enkele van onze golfbanen liggen op korte rijafstand of korte loopafstand van onze voordeur.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
