Het hotel bestaat uit 2 gebouwen, het nieuwe conferentiegebouw met 85 zakenkamers en het historische Lloyd-gebouw uit 1913 dat zorgvuldig werd herbouwd met in totaal 60 verschillende historische kamers. Het was vroeger de bagageafdeling van de Norddeutscher Lloyd en vanaf 1970 het tweede hoofdkantoor van Hapag Lloyd. Het hotel ligt naast het centraal station en tegenover de Bremen Arena (14.000 zitplaatsen voor concerten en meer), het Congress Centrum Bremen en de Fair Bremen. U kunt in 5-10 minuten naar het stadscentrum lopen (800 meter). Naar de City Airport Bremen is het slechts 7 km, dus met de auto of taxi heb je ongeveer 10 minuten nodig of je kunt de tram rechtstreeks van de luchthaven naar het centraal station nemen. De kamers zijn verdeeld in 3 categorieën: business (26-30 m²), deluxe (31-40 m²) en superior (41-61 m²) en 3 suites met aparte woon- en slaapkamer. De 5 vergaderzalen met een grootte van 44 tot 159 m² zijn ideaal voor vergaderingen tussen 20 en 40 personen (max. 70 in klasopstelling en 150 in theaterstijl in de grootste zaal).
