Over ons
Hotel Cà Fiore ligt tegenover de skilift van Campo Smith en op 700 meter afstand van het stadscentrum van Bardonecchia. In een typische bergstijl, maar met de modernste gemakken, werd het hotel volledig gerenoveerd voor de Olympische Winterspelen van 2006 in Turijn. Cà Fiore verwelkomt zijn gasten met een grote, elegante zaal met open haard en een groot terras-solarium met een prachtig uitzicht op de Alpen, een bar, een gloednieuwe wellnessruimte, skihut en een grote privéparkeerplaats.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
