Bailbrook House is een historische locatie met een mix van traditionele vergaderzalen in het hoofdgebouw en een apart speciaal conferentiecentrum op slechts enkele minuten van de A4/M4 in Bath. Het hotel ligt op een privéterrein van 20 hectare en biedt ruimte voor maximaal 200 personen in de stijlvolle Brunel Suite. De 12 vergaderruimten omvatten functionele ruimten met hoge plafonds, grote ramen en open haarden met toegang tot terrassen, evenals meer eigentijdse suites die ideaal zijn voor grotere vergaderingen. Het moderne, speciale conferentiecentrum, Bailbrook Court, is de parel in de kroon, ideaal voor organisatoren van evenementen die op zoek zijn naar een eigen, zelfstandige locatie in Bath, met vergaderzalen, pauzeruimte en stijlvolle slaapkamers. Gezien de ligging, voldoende parkeergelegenheid op het terrein en toegang tot belangrijke wegverbindingen.
