Ons restaurant „roots” staat bekend om zijn unieke ligging direct aan de oevers van de Rijn, met een onbelemmerd uitzicht op de oude binnenstad van Basel. Het enige dat aan het uitzicht kan tippen, zijn de prachtige gerechten: chef-kok Pascal Steffen zet groenten centraal, met vlees en vis als voortreffelijke bijgerechten.
