De ruimste conferentieruimte van het hotel in Emilia Romagna telt 12 modulaire kamers verdeeld over twee verdiepingen met een totale capaciteit van 2.600 personen. De twee grootste zalen in theaterstijl hebben een capaciteit van maximaal 650 en 950 personen. Alle kamers hebben natuurlijk licht, zijn elegant ingericht en uitgerust met de modernste conferentietechnologie.Zanhotel & Meeting Centergross is de nieuwkomer van de Zanhotel groep, gevestigd aan de Via Saliceto, Bologna. De vergaderruimte omvat 17 modulaire feestzalen met een totaal van 3.100 m². Alle vergaderzalen hebben natuurlijk licht en verschillende hoogtes (van 5,50 tot 7,00 meter). Het vergadercentrum kan aan elke behoefte voldoen, omdat het is uitgerust met de modernste video- en geluidstechnologie. Het hotel beschikt over 152 tweepersoonskamers verdeeld in 4 categorieën, Classic, Superior, Deluxe en Suites.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
