Een fabriek van meer dan 100 jaar oud, goed verborgen in een typisch Berlijnse achtertuin en op slechts 1,5 km van de beroemde Friedrichstraße, vindt u een authentieke sfeer op een industrieterrein: een mix van zelf ontworpen en vintage meubilair geeft onze vier unieke lofts een heel speciale sfeer, waarover in de media vaak is bericht. Kortom: de perfecte plek voor film- en fotoproducties, zakelijke workshops en privé-evenementen van 10 tot 199 gasten! Het Berlin Wall Memorial is de centrale herdenkingsplaats van de Duitse divisie, gelegen in het midden van de hoofdstad. Het ligt op de historische plek aan de Bernauer Strasse en strekt zich uit over 1,4 kilometer van de voormalige grensstrook. Het monument bevat het laatste stuk van de Berlijnse muur met het bewaarde terrein erachter en kan zo een indruk geven van hoe de grensversterkingen zich tot het einde van de jaren tachtig hebben ontwikkeld. De gebeurtenissen die hier plaatsvonden, samen met de bewaarde historische overblijfselen en sporen van grensobstakels die worden tentoongesteld, helpen om de geschiedenis van de Duitse divisie begrijpelijk te maken voor bezoekers. Het monument maakt deel uit van de Berlin Wall Foundation, waartoe ook het Marienfelde Refugee Center Museum behoort, de centrale plek gewijd aan de geschiedenis van vluchten en emigratie in het verdeelde Duitsland.
