Xi'an Restaurant ligt in het hart van Beverly Hills aan North Canon Drive, twee blokken ten oosten van Rodeo, tussen Wilshire en Santa Monica Boulevards. De traditie wordt voortgezet in Xi'an in Beverly Hills, waar een geheel nieuw niveau van de Chinese keuken is geperfectioneerd. Xi'an gebruikt authentieke oosterse technieken om verse en smaakvolle lokale ingrediënten te combineren met de gezondst mogelijke kookmethodes.
