'The Elph' heeft een lange en roemrijke geschiedenis die meer dan 400 jaar teruggaat. De eigenaren, Robert en Janette Allen, vormen samen met hun zoon Michael al meer dan vijfentwintig jaar het hart van het bedrijf en heten alle bezoekers en de lokale bevolking van harte welkom.
