De toiletten bevinden zich op elk niveau van de arena en de tentoonstellingsruimte; borden leiden u naar het dichtstbijzijnde toilet. Alle toiletten zijn toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers. Voor uw gemak bevinden zich in de meeste toiletten babyverschoonstations De twee hoofdingangen van de arena bevinden zich in de zuidwestelijke hoek van de faciliteit, naast parkeerplaats B. De ingang van de tentoonstellingsruimte bevindt zich aan de westkant van het gebouw in Lot A. De liften van de arena zijn gunstig gelegen in de onderste lobby aan de linkerkant van de hoofdingang en een andere is beschikbaar in Arena North. De tentoonstellingshal biedt ook een gastenlift in de onderste lobby rechts van de hoofdingang van de tentoonstellingsruimte.
