Liselund ny Slot ligt in een sprookjesachtige omgeving in de buurt van Mons Klint in de noordoostelijke hoek van het eiland Mon. Het kasteel biedt een verscheidenheid aan accommodatiemogelijkheden in 17 kamers, allemaal verschillend in grootte en indeling, verdeeld over twee verdiepingen en in de toren. Elke kamer is vernoemd naar een van de sprookjes van Hans Christian Andersen, waarbij de toegangsdeur op passende wijze is geïllustreerd. De inrichting is tegelijk eenvoudig maar romantisch. Sommige kamers kunnen worden gebruikt als familiekamers. In totaal kan het kasteel mogelijk 44 gasten huisvesten. De Garden Room is geschikt voor feesten van maximaal 36 personen. In de andere kamers kunnen kleinere gezelschappen worden gehouden. De gehele begane grond is zeer geschikt voor zakelijke cursussen en seminars met een hoofdruimte en kleinere groepsruimten.
