Het Step House Hotel is een prachtig Georgiaans herenhuis boordevol karakter, dat liefdevol is omgetoverd tot een warm, door een familie gerund boetiekhotel in Carlow. Dit luxe 4-sterren boetiekhotel ligt in het mooie erfgoeddorp Borris, dat grenst aan de graafschappen Kilkenny en Wexford. Achter de originele Georgiaanse kenmerken van het Step House Hotel liggen 20 luxe kamers, ontworpen in een vloeiende bocht om een panoramisch uitzicht op het glooiende landschap te creëren. Met zitplaatsen voor maximaal 46 gasten op een vintage lange tafel wordt eten en service van de hoogste kwaliteit aangeboden. Bruiloften in Rubens Restaurant zijn een zeer intieme en sfeervolle aangelegenheid die plaats biedt aan maximaal 60 gasten. Het feest kan beginnen in Rubens resident bar of de Cocktail Bar waar prachtige kunstwerken en livemuziek de perfecte sfeer kunnen creëren. Er is een Ballroom Suite die plaats biedt aan maximaal 180 gasten.
