Beperkingen voor faciliteiten

Er is geen open vuur volgens bevel van de brandweer van Boston. Alle banners/posters/staand reclamemateriaal moeten vóór gebruik in de Symphony Hall worden goedgekeurd door de brandweer van Boston. Er kunnen andere beperkingen van toepassing zijn. Neem contact op met de Venue Rental Manager voor meer informatie over de capaciteit en beschikbaarheid van elke ruimte. Venue heeft een exclusieve foodserviceprovider. De locatie heeft een vergunning voor drank en catering. De locatie vereist dat alle productie door de faciliteit wordt verzorgd, tenzij anders schriftelijk goedgekeurd.

Annuleringsbeleid

Voor alle prestaties op het moment van de uitvoering van het contract zijn vooraf niet-terugbetaalbare aanbetalingen verschuldigd. Let op: op dit moment is ook een verzekeringsbewijs vereist. Het annuleringsbeleid is 48 uur van tevoren voor het evenement AT MINIUMUM voor speciale evenementen. De annuleringsvoorwaarden voor concerten zijn MINIMAAL 30 dagen voor aanvang van de voorstelling. Dit is ook het beleid voor alle grootschalige evenementen die plaatsvinden in ons Auditorium. Houd er rekening mee dat de klant extra kosten in rekening kan worden gebracht die hoger zijn dan de aanbetaling voor acties en materialen die in verband met het evenement namens de klant zijn ondernomen en gecontracteerd.

Additional details

Houd er rekening mee dat we voor bepaalde evenementen mogelijk speciale optredens kunnen regelen van het Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra en Maestro Keith Lockhart. Houd er rekening mee dat het Auditorium op bepaalde tijden van het jaar beschikbaar is voor speciale evenementen (400 deelnemers of meer). Neem contact op met de Venue Rental Manager voor meer informatie.
