Annuleringsbeleid
Reserveringen worden bevestigd na ontvangst van een ondertekende bevestiging, een niet-terugbetaalbare aanbetaling en een creditcardgarantie. Als uw evenement om een of andere ongeziene reden moet worden geannuleerd, wordt de niet-terugbetaalbare aanbetaling verbeurd. Bij annuleringen die minder dan zes weken voor het evenement worden gemaakt, wordt 50% van de totale geschatte kosten in rekening gebracht, inclusief drankjes en personeel. Bij annuleringen die minder dan drie weken voor het evenement worden gemaakt, wordt 100% van de totale geschatte kosten in rekening gebracht.
Additional details
Inbegrepen in elke huurprijs is de indeling en opstelling van tafels en stoelen voor het evenement. Deze vergoeding omvat ook de afbraak na het evenement en het dweilen van de vloeren. The Baxter vraagt alle partijen om ons vooraf op de hoogte te stellen van eventuele speciale behoeften van huurders en gasten, zodat The Baxter kan proberen hieraan tegemoet te komen.
