Pickwell Manor is in privébezit en wordt gerund door twee families, de Bakers en de Elliotts. Het landhuis zelf ligt te midden van zes hectare aan tuinen en gronden, en ligt op slechts 800 meter afstand van de oceaan, de lange zandstranden van Putsborough Beach en Woolacombe Sands, en de nabijgelegen surfstranden van Croyde Bay en Saunton. We hopen dat een bruiloft of geregistreerd partnerschap bij Pickwell Manor je de tijd geeft om echt te ontspannen en te genieten van het vieren met je vrienden en familie. Pickwell Manor is te huur voor het hele weekend. Het rozenprieel in de Italiaanse tuin of de balzaal kan worden gebruikt als locatie voor burgerlijke plechtigheden en biedt ook plaats aan maximaal 100 personen voor een bruiloftsontbijt of 150 zitplaatsen voor een avondreceptie.
