Beaulieu ligt in het hart van het New Forest en biedt een veelzijdige en ongewone locatie voor evenementen met een verschil. Van het prachtige Palace House, de thuisbasis van de familie Montagu, tot de Domus in de 13e eeuwse Beaulieu Abdij en het wereldberoemde National Motor Museum, deze spectaculaire locatie is geschikt voor evenementen voor maximaal 1000 gasten. Bovendien vormt de partytent, gelegen op het prachtige terrein, de perfecte achtergrond voor het organiseren van thema-evenementen. Het is ook een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor familiedagen, teambuilding en andere buitenactiviteiten voor maximaal 3000 gasten. De speciaal gebouwde collegezaal biedt plaats aan maximaal 220 gasten en biedt een volledig scala aan projectiefaciliteiten, wat de ideale setting biedt voor presentaties of conferenties. Drankjes zijn verkrijgbaar in de foyer. Beaulieu wordt ook bediend door het treinstation Brockenhurst, dat snelle verbindingen biedt naar Londen en Southampton.
