Hotel Maria S.C. ligt aan de weg nr. 92, op slechts 82 km van de Duits-Poolse grensovergang en vlakbij de tolweg A2 (E-30) van Berlijn naar Warschau, op slechts 16 km van de snelwegafrit Trzciel. Het hotel is omgeven door bossen die rijk zijn aan paddenstoelen en wild. Binnen 10 - 15 km zijn er talloze meren en de rivier de Obra, ideaal om te kanoën. Een topattractie in de buurt is de 25 km lange ondergrondse toeristische route met een uniek vleermuisreservaat. Het hotel biedt 22 modern ingerichte kamers (een-, twee- en driepersoonskamers), allemaal met eigen badkamer en in totaal 47 bedden. Het hotel biedt ook een comfortabele suite.
