Het huis is volledig gerenoveerd in een eigentijdse stijl, met lichte en ruime kamers met een panoramisch uitzicht over het rustige platteland van de West Midlands. De vijf grote slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met moderne voorzieningen en bieden een comfortabel verblijf voor bezoekers en gasten. De woning is beschikbaar voor privéverhuur op basis van 'exclusief voor u'. Manor Hill House heeft ook een vergunning voor burgerlijke ceremonies, wat een origineel alternatief is voor het gebruikelijke aanbod van statige huizen, hotels en verbouwingen van schuren. Er zijn 6 ruimtes die comfortabel kunnen worden gehuurd voor evenementen, conferenties, bruiloften en andere feesten voor maximaal 160 gasten.
