Het Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre (BMCC) heeft zijn deuren geopend in januari 2022. Het BMCC bevindt zich in het historische stadscentrum, op loopafstand van de meeste hotels en bezienswaardigheden. Het beursgedeelte op de begane grond meet 4 500 m² en heeft een multifunctioneel aanbod voor openbare evenementen, exposities en zelfs concerten. De conferentiesectie heeft een capaciteit voor vergaderingen en conferenties van 10 tot 514 deelnemers. Alle faciliteiten zijn beschikbaar: een plenaire zaal met onder andere 514 uitschuifbare stoelen, een grote foyer, posterruimtes, twaalf modulaire breakout-ruimtes en een cateringruimte op de bovenste verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. - Niveau 0: Als de deelnemers binnenkomen, worden ze verwelkomd bij de ingang van BMCC (381 m²), waar ze hun badges en delegatietassen kunnen ophalen, voordat ze naar de eerste verdieping gaan. - Kluisjes, garderobe en toiletten bevinden zich op de benedenverdieping (-1). - Niveau 1: Voordat de plenaire zaal op niveau 1 wordt betreden, kunnen de deelnemers genieten van een welkomstkoffie in de foyer op niveau 1 (176 m²). De plenaire zaal heeft een volledige capaciteit van 514 zitplaatsen in een uitschuifbaar auditorium (514 m²). De plenaire vergadering kan indien nodig in 2 aparte kamers worden verdeeld. In de kamer is technische basisuitrusting aanwezig, evenals vertaalcabines. - Op de 3e verdieping bevinden zich 12 vergaderzalen, allemaal met voldoende daglicht. De afmetingen variëren tussen 31 en 93 m². In de foyer op de 3e verdieping (392 m²) is er ruimte voor netwerken, koffiepauzes en sponsorhokjes. - Niveau 4: Diners, koffiepauzes en lunches kunnen worden gehouden in de ruime cateringruimte op de bovenste verdieping (675 m²), met een spectaculair uitzicht over de door UNESCO beschermde stad Brugge. Er is ook een kleinere eethoek van 92 m². Vanaf het terras kunnen de deelnemers genieten van het uitzicht over de daken van de middeleeuwse stad.
