Hotel Jan Brito ligt in het centrum van Brugge in een 16e-eeuws monumentaal pand. Het ligt op slechts 20 meter van de meest romantische en pittoreske grachten, op 200 meter van het Burgplein (stadhuis) en het marktplein (Belfort). Dit indrukwekkende herenhuis is smaakvol gerenoveerd tot een viersterrenhotel, met behoud van unieke decoraties uit vroegere eeuwen: marmeren schouwen, schilderijen, eikenhouten trappen, zichtbare eikenhouten balken. Het hotel bestaat uit 37 kamers die volledig zijn ingericht met verschillende voorzieningen.
